# 2.1.4 DreamChain

DreamChain is a brand-new blockchain network optimized based on the Ethereum blockchain network. It adopts a layered structure and Rollup technology. Layerl and Layer2 networks complement each other and fully inherit Ethereum, and the functions and excellent extensibility of the current second-layer network of it, featuring EVM virtual machine, complete SDK, etc. All developers can use their own familiar technologies and frameworks to develop and introduce DAO ID and DAO ID-based chain business contracts based on it. so that the blockchain user fission aims to become the first public chain of SocialFi with unique characteristics.
